  • If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must schedule your appointment and accompany you to the office.
  • Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made by calling our office directly.

SMS Communications: By Text/Filling up a form from Diamond Coast Dental You agree to receive appointment reminders and customer care messages. You may reply STOP to opt-out of messaging at any time. Reply HELP for customer support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
